Move-in Fee (if 24 hours in advance): 50% off daily contracted specific space rate

CATERING IMPACT FEE

All food/beverage catered in to LGCC: 10% of total catering invoice less gratuity and tax ($250 minimum)

All catering must go through an approved caterer and billing will be sent to the conference center for payment. 

SECURITY

Facility Security: $65/hr per officer

*Security is required when alcohol will be served and must be staffed by the Granbury Police Department. Minimum of 4 hours and a minimum of 2 officers.
